When you're in chrysalis mode you barely notice what's going on "outside" - and that's been quite true for me...except lately.
I've begun to exit the chrysalis (or gnawed a peek hole, not sure which) and I've seen evidence that the chrysalis thing is not just me. Rather a number of us seem to be experiencing a pulling in/reconstructing/whatevva (what I'm calling a chrysalis experience).
Is this an Introvert thing? A planetary alignment deal? A ___ (fill in the blank)???
Mine started with some major decluttering. In this foray into decluttering and reorganization I've gone down to the roots - and hopefully I'll write more about that in another post. For now though, I'll just tell you that the decluttering class I attended - which began my major decluttering run - which, I believe, connects to my chrysalis experience, was run by the uber awesome facilitator, Nancy Norbeck.
Like I said above, this experience has been interesting. What it hasn't been is connective. I recently happened on a heart-opening video by Woz Flint which reminded me that I wasn't showing up - and, by example, showed me that it's a beautiful thing to show up - no matter how you feel or what you're going through. I want to "show up anyway", like the lovely Woz - so here I am.
By the way ~ Hello! I have been gone for awhile - and I've missed you!!
Hey, Karen--welcome back! Great to see you again! And (when you're sufficiently de-chrysalized, of course), I'd love to hear about your decluttering. I know how much magic can happen through that. (We may need to compare notes!)

Yes, Michelle - it's wild "how much magic can happen" through decluttering and reorganizing! I'd love to hear your stories of magic!!
Thanks for welcoming me back - I've missed being here and am glad to be back (though kinda still de-chrysalizing a bit).
